WHO WANTS TO GO TO ITALY? I'm seriously dying to scratch the itch from the travel bug. I'm completely serious about this and I'd like to go in January or February. Unfortunately British Airways is having a SUPER WICKED seat sale now and I just can't make use of it. So let me know if we're gonna go to the Eternal City!
Ah, Friday night. The night when the world recovers from the monotany of their weekly life. Even up here at camp many of us try to stay true to the purpose of Friday night. Tonight Mr. G and I are going to get drunk and watch a movie. Happily this is a slight deviation from our regular version of getting drunk and watching 'The Muppets' in that tonight we're going to watch 'Thank you for Smoking' instead of 'The Muppets'. Not that we've lost our love of the Muppets but we only have the first season on DVD and quite honestly the majority of the guest stars in the first season sucked.
This week I have spent much time cobbelling together policy and procedures from every e-mail my Manager has ever sent out. Oddly enough I've found that I really like doing this sort of thing. I think I get some sick sense of pleasure out of creating something that impacts so many people. Maybe I should go into politics...
From the sounds of it Sister has gotten a job with my old company. She'll be working in Housing at one of the camps. Same office I used to work in but the job is pretty standard. She'll do well if she decides to stick with it. I'm fairly excited that she's coming up here because with Mr. G and Anneke leaving I'm going to be terribly lonely. These two have become great friends. We watch Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives together in my room every week. Eat togther, party together, just have fun in general. Things will be different with them gone but life moves on and new people are always moving in. I'm looking forward to the next friends to move into my life.

Dude, I'd so be up for a trip to Italy, but it looks like we might be homeowners soon (still conditions to go so I'm not posting on the blog until they finish!) and probably won't have the moolah to get that far. Maybe you could talk Lana into it, though...
I'd vote for you...if you went NDP.
