Yay I'm in Vancouver! I'm not really feeling like a Vancouverite yet though because I'm currently a guest at Marcie and Franks. As usual Marcie is outdoing herself making amazing food and providing amazing wine to go with it.
Today class was long but it was also good. It was good to see my counterparts again and hear how they're final weeks of phase 1 went.
One of the assignments for class was to start and keep a journal. Thank God I'm already ahead on that one. Today we learned about our Managerial style and I learned that I utilize the Coercive style of leadership. Basically the definition is "Do what I say NOW!" Big revelation there.
It's been a busy day and I'm really tired. I'm hoping that tonight is an early night because I think I'm going to crash really soon. I miss my friends in Kelowna.
