Thank God it's Monday! The weekend was awesome and amazing and I'm going to be recovering for a while. Saturday night I spent with Marcie and Frank at Marcie's family in Kelowna's house. They fed me dinner after work then filled me with wine and dessert! How much more wonderful can these two possibly be?!! Sunday after work I drove home to my parents house in Vernon and had desert with my newly married best friends and other assorted family members. I ended up staying over because I knew that the drive home would be nasty if I didn't. This morning I drove straight from work and can actually admit that I found the drive rather enjoyable.

Five days until I go to Vancouver! Currently I'm planning on leaving Sunday morning with my stuff for a week, I'll be staying at Marcie and Franks which is SO nice of them but it's gonna be REAL tight! Their place is like 795 sq. ft. three people and an 85lb dog! It's a good thing that we'll be at work all day and that I've got a few other places to go and people to see in the evening.

Tomorrow the newlyweds are planning on coming up to Kelowna for a visit. I'm really looking forward to spending some time with them. Not really sure where we're going to go though.

Oh I have decided that I'm going to have a going away party of sorts on Friday. It's going to be an eclectic mix of people that I've invited. All of my good friends from forever, school, church, and the internet will be there. It's a good thing they are all sociable people! Never have to worry about a dull moment with my group!

Tonight I'm taking it easy... Which basically means that I'm going to do some wash, go for coffee with Peter and then come home and go to bed. Looking forward to it.
